I was asked, several months ago, to share my views on social change in a series of interviews. It is important to note, at the outset of this series, that my views on social transformation are informed by the Teachings of the Baha'i Faith, the most recent of the world's independent religions. This is the first of these interviews (Hey, check out all the lights in the background!), which meanders through a series of questions about the possibilities which exist, today, for each of us to contribute in meaningful ways to the transformation of society -- from a world now characterized by conflict, division, and separation ... toward one in which the whole of humanity will, over time, gradually become unified within one global civilization that will live in material prosperity and spiritual peace.
